The drones are custom built for speed, agility, and performance & these crazy son’s of naughty words are real life pilots! Steering from the point of view of the drone by wearing First Person View (FPV) goggles that display a live image transmitted by an onboard camera.

NASA Space Suit
/in Gadgets / Tech, Technology/by billywrightThere are brand new space suits for astronauts flying NASA Missions on Boeing’s Starliner! They are really fashionable and come with a decent set of integrated shoe’s (Which look like trainers too!) It’s lighter and a lot more comfortable spacesuits than previous suits! Plus they:
- Are tailored for each astronaut.
- Helmet and visor incorporated into the suit instead of detachable
- Come equipped with gloves for modern touch screens.
- Can be pressurised in an emergency.
- Protect Astronauts better in an emergency.
- Protect Astronauts in launch, in flight and on return!
- weighs about 20 pounds – about 10 pounds lighter than the launch-and-entry suits worn by space shuttle astronauts.
- The material lets water vapor pass out of the suit and away from the astronaut but keeps air inside. Making it cooler and safe.

Augmented GAP dressing Rooms!
/in Future, Gadgets / Tech/by billywrightYou soon may be able to ‘try on’ clothes before you actually buy them or have them in your possession! GAP have been experimenting with AR and are launching their “Dressing Room” app in the near future.
The app which was built in collaboration with Google and San Fran start up Avametric uses Augmented Reality to let users ‘try on’ clothes without having to have the clothes with them or be in an actual store. You’re not actually seen with them on unfortunately but rather a 3D mannequin type model. After you add info such as height/weight the app places a virtual model (which is based on you but isn’t you) in the room infant of you to see ho different items would fit. If you like it, then go ahead and purchase right from within the app.
Sounds cool enough but it won’t be available to all and is only available to Google Tango smartphones. Which are little and none, only the Lenovo Phab2 pro and an ASUS phone called ZenFone AR later this year. GAP Says that it is solely focused on making its app work on Google’s augmented reality platform.
