Soho: where good times were born, or at least since the swinging 1950s. This vibrant village became London’s drinking capital—a haven of jazz clubs, coffee houses, and cocktail bars. Loved by drinks aficionados and anyone who enjoys a good tipple. We fall into both categories…

LOST AND FOUNDED

Fueled by a youth spent exploring bars worldwide, our founders Paul Scarratt and Grant Walker brought back their accidental expertise to the UK’s drinks scene. Paul led some of the country’s top booze businesses for over 25 years, while Grant surveyed Soho during his career before diving into a company that adds sparkle to bar drinks. But when they joined forces in 2020, they knew mastering mixology required the true masters.

INSPIRED BY LEGENDS

We craft classic cocktails the way they were meant to be: using the original recipes from the legends who invented them. Like Dick Bradsell, the legendary bartender behind the first Espresso Martini at the Soho Brasserie. Or Douglas Ankrah of the Soho Lab Bar, the genius behind the wildly popular Pornstar Martini that made passion fruit sales soar.

Each cocktail is made with the finest ingredients and purest fruit purees, ensuring they taste as good as they did back in the day. Here’s the twist: we pack all that cocktail magic into recyclable pouches, staying fresh for up to 6 weeks after opening.
